How long does it take to receive my order?

A.

Orders for unframed posters usually arrive within 7 days. Orders for framed or plak mounted posters will take about 2-3 weeks.

How much is shipping?

A.

Just $5.85 for any number of posters, $12.95 for any number of framed or plak mounted posters.

Who do you use for shipping?

A.

All poster orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Framed and Plakked posters are shipped via UPS.

We've been in the poster business since 1976, first store opened in 1985, first web site in 1995.

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Paypal, Check and Money Order.

How do I pay by check or money order?

A.

Once you've placed your order, mail your check or money order to our address. If we have not received your check or money order within 14 days of the order day, your order will be cancelled. Note: Your package will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

Do you accept Paypal?

A.

Yes we do! If you select Paypal as your method of payment, you will see a special link on your order confirmation page. This link will send you directly to Paypal and will provide you with our Paypal payment email address. Proceed as you normally would for sending money via Paypal. Note: Your package will not be shipped until a Paypal payment is received.

How does MOSTLYPOSTERS.COM protect my credit card information from being stolen?

The MOSTLYPOSTERS.COM website is using the highest standard 128 bit encryption technology on all sensitive communication. Our online credit card processing is done through VeriSign, the world leader in online processing and security. As an additional precaution, we do not store credit card information in our databases.

Yes! We are now selling gift certificates online in several convenient denominations. Best of all, our gift certificates can be redeemed at any one of our online stores.

How do you package your posters and prints?

A.

We have been successfully shipping posters for over 18 years. Unless marked otherwise, all posters are sent rolled using heavy duty tubes and suitable cushioning materials. Throughout our storage and shipping process we take exceptional care to assure your order will arrive to you in perfect condition.

Can I order an item that is not on your site?

A.

Our retail stores stock thousands of posters, including many that aren't featured on our website. Give us a call, we'll be glad to check if we carry that unique or rare item you're searching for.

What if the dimensions on the site do not match the print I receive?

A.

All of the dimensions listed are given to us by our suppliers. It is industry standard to round up the dimensions. This could mean that some of our posters and prints may be slightly smaller than the dimensions listed. However, this difference is generally about .5'' to 1.5''. If you find that the print you received is not the correct size, please email Customer Service at orders@mostlyposters.com for assistance.

Is the image accurate?

MOSTLYPOSTERS.COM stands by the accuracy of the images it puts online. If you feel that we have placed an image on our site that doesn't accurately represent the poster or print you received, we will refund your money in full.

Do you hold the copyrights to your images?

A.

We do not hold the copyright for the images displayed. We are only given permission to use this image for the sale of posters. Therefore, we are not able to authorize usage. Because we deal with various suppliers, we do not know who holds the copyright.
